Supporting Membership

  • Includes admission to Otakon for all three days (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)

  • 2025 Early Bird Rates:
    $75 through 11:00 PM EST, Dec 31st
    (up to 9,500 badges)
    $85 through 11:00 PM EDT, May 21st
  • Regular Online Registration:
    $95 through 11:00 PM EDT, August 7th
  • $105 During Otakon/At the door
  • Badge mailing is available at no extra cost

Single Day
Trial Membership

  • Includes a single day admission to Otakon
  • Pre-registration rates (below) are available until 11:00 PM EDT, August 7th

  •     Friday 08/08: $65
    Saturday 08/09: $75
       Sunday 08/10: $40

  • Badge mailing is included at no additional cost with purchases made before 11:00 PM EDT, May 21st
  • Single day badges are upgradable to higher-priced badges through the registration site (Supporting Membership)

Child Weekend

  • Children 8 and under: Free
    Youths 9-12: $50

  • Children must be accompanied by a registered parent or guardian.

Online Registration for Otakon

We are using the same registration system as last year.  You do not need to login to our website or remember your Member ID to register, just click the green Register button above to get started.

Supporting membership to Otakorp includes admission to all 3 days of our annual convention: Otakon. Our regular rate is $95 for those who pre-register online on or before Thursday August 7th, 2025 at 11:00pm and $105 at the door.

Children's Memberships - we have a new level of child membership when registered with a parent or guardian:

  • Children 8yo and under: Free!
  • Youth 9-12yo: $50

Trial Memberships - Single day options available:

  • Friday, August 8th, 2025 Only - $65
  • Saturday, August 9th, 2025 Only - $75
  • Sunday, August 10th, 2025 Only - $40

Membership Discounts - Military and First Responder Discounts (at the door only, must have ID):

  • Supporting Membership (Full Weekend) - $100 (reg. $105)
  • Trial Membership (Single Day) - $5 off

Membership refunds or downgrades may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Pre-Registration Badge Pickup

Pre-registered badges that are not mailed can be picked up any time our on-site registration area is open.

Please keep in mind that on-site registration closes at 12 Noon on Sunday Aug. 10th. Any badges not picked up by that time cannot be issued.

On-Site Registration for Otakon

We recommend pre-registering online (it saves time and money!), but you can also register in person at the door.

Mailed Badges

  • Badge mailing is included in the price of the badges for Otakon 2025!
  • The deadline for placing an order with badge mailing is May 21, 2025
  • Please purchase all the badges you wished mailed on a single order.  We cannot combine orders for shipping.
  • Badges start to be mailed roughly a month before the con, details will be posted to our website.
  • If you need to change your address, you may do so until May 28th, 2025 by following the link in your confirmation email and updating the address on the GrowTix website.
  • Free badge mailing is included by default when you place your order before May 21st. If you purchase your badges before this date and wish to pick them up in person, you may opt out of receiving them by mail.
