Ellyn began her acting career at the age of 12. She is a classically trained actress, voice actress, director and writer, whose career spans film, television and stage.   She has voiced hundreds of characters in Games, Animation and Anime.

Ellyn began with Robotech. She is Agatha of the Elite 4 in the Pokémon Generations”.  She plays Elena Gotti in the new “LupinIII Blue Jacket Series” and other characters also.  Some of her other roles include: Mrs. Tashio in "Skipbeat”, Masaki Kurosaki, Ichigo’s Mom in “Bleach”, Miyuki Goto Rossario in “Noein”, Rossario in “Wrinkles”, which she starred in with Martin Sheen and Matthew Bodine, May in “Limon And Oli” Disney’s new series, Harraway in “Ghost In The Shell Innocence II”, Martha Vist Carbine in “Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn”, Ellie in “Dogs In Space”, Dorothy in “True Crimes Hong Kong”, Jack’s Mom in”Mar”, Rosalind in “Armitage III”, Lady M in “Samurai X”,  Himeno in “Fight! Spirit of The Sword” Maki Yoshihara in “Metal Fight Miku”, “Kickheart”, Moru in “Vampire Princess Miyu”,”Patlabor 3”, “Mini Pato”, “Digimon”,”BoBoBo-BoBoBo”, “Zenki”, “Manxmouse”, “Genma Wars”, “Wings Of Honnemise” Gundam”, and “Teknoman” “Honey Bee Hutch” “Wisdom of the Gnomes”, “Macross”, “Tom Sawyer” “Adventures of Captain Schnauzer” , “Gigi”, “Bushido Blade 2” to name just a few.

Ellyn did the lead voices in Academy Award winners:  “Cinema Paradiso”, “Belle Epoque”, “Eat, Drink, Man, Woman”, “Kika”, “Mostly Martha”, “Babbette’s Feast”, “Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown”, “Fencing Master”, “Widow of St. Pierre”, “Amores Perros”, “Mission Kashmir”, “Iron Monkey”, “The Emperor and the Assassin”, “Onmyoji-Ying-Yang Masters”, “Le Femme Nikita”, “Tae Guk Gi”, “Shiri”.  Also, she voiced in “Jade Cocoon” “Grand Master”, “Iron Monkey”, “Old Boy”, “Mission Kashmir”. the “Ugly Betty Webisodes” “Family Guy Game”, “Rumble In The Bronx”

Ellyn just directed and voiced the new “Pokémon Generations” series. 

Ellyn also voiced and directed the soon to be released “LupinIII Blue Jacket Series”.

Ellyn directed ”Star Wars, Episode IV, A New Hope, into the Navajo language, (the first time a film has ever been dubbed into any native American language. Other features she’s directed include “Farewell My Queen”, “Delicacy”, ”Snitch Cartel” and “V”. She co-directed the Samurai X series.

Games she directed “Jade Cocoon”, “Super Magnetic Neo”, “Aerowings I & II” and others.  

Ellyn starred in “Blood On Canvas”, “Jessies Girls”, co-starred in “Prisoner In The Middle”, “Charlie’s Angels”.

Ellyn starred in “Milk and Honey”, “Eldad”, “The Other Way”, “Electronica II”

Ellyn recurred in:”General Hospital”, “Days of Our Lives”, “Santa Barbara”

Ellyn’s recents plays include: Mdme Thenardier in “Les Miserables”, the Queen in Ionesco’s “Exit The King”, Jacqueline Kennedy in “We’ll Never Be Young Again”
