Finding Your Confirmation ID

For help finding your Otakon 2020 Confirmation ID:

If you have your confirmation email (only sent to the billing contact for the order):

1. Look in your email confirmation receipt.  Should be from the address donotreply@showclix.com with the subject "Your Receipt For OTAKON 2020".
2. Scroll down about half way it will say: Your confirmation ID is: R18XXXXXXXXX7984

Login to ShowClix's site:

1. Have the Billing Contact who placed the order log into ShowClix's My Tickets page.
2. You should see Otakon 2020 listed under your events, click on that (see screenshot below).
3. Scroll down and you should see your 16 character Confirmation ID (see screenshot below).
