Badge PickUp

Thursday, July 27th

Registration badge pick-up will be available in 3 locations. 

Hiroko/Hiroshi Station: Walter E.Washington Convention Center from 3pm to 10pm. Please use the L street entrance on Thursday to pick up your badges.
Crabby Station: The Marriott Marquis Mezzanine from 3PM to 8PM (a Marriott Marquis hotel key card is required to pick up badges)
Lyra and Ace Station: The Renaissance Hotel Lobby from 3PM to 8PM (a Renaissance hotel key card is required to pick up badges)

Please note badge services and member accessibility access stickers are only available at the the Walter E.Washington Convention Center. However, badges can still be picked up in the satellite locations and stickers can be picked up on Friday in Registration.

Friday, July 28th and Saturday, July 29th

Registraiton badge pickup is at the Walter E.Washington Convention Center from 8:30AM to 10:00PM.
Please use the L street entrance.

Sunday, July 30th

Registraiton badge pickup is at the Walter E.Washington Convention Center from 8:30AM to 12:00PM.
Please use the L street entrance.
