Otakon 2020 Membership Refund Request

While we are very sad that we are unable to hold our convention this year, we are already working hard to plan for 2021.  We very much hope you will be able to join us.

If you have already registered for Otakon 2020 and are able to join us August-6-8, 2021, then you don't need to take any actions.  Your membership will automatically carry over for 2021 and your support of our event means so much to us.

If you're not able to join us for 2021, we understand and have updated our no refund policy to allow for refunds for this year.  Please fill out the request form below by May 31, 2020, we will be unable to process requests submitted after that date.  Members who receive a refund for 2020 will not automatically be registered for 2021.

The form below can only be filled out by the billing contact for your order.  You can find your confirmation id in your email receipt, or by logging into ShowClix's My Tickets page.

We are only able to process refunds for full orders.  If you have multiple memberships on an order, you will need to re-register the memberships you would like to retain.
