Yuji Yanase

Director

Yuji Yanase is an Animation Director from Nagoya, Japan. Throughout his career in the industry he has worked as a storyboard artist, episode director, and animation director.

He has worked on a number of popular series such as "Fist of the North Star", "A Certain Magical Index", "Food Wars!", "Pokémon XY", "If it’s for My Daughter, I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord", "By the Grace of the Gods", "In the Land of Leadale", and "Assassination Classroom".

He is currently directing the anime adaptation of "My Unique Skill Makes me OP Even at Level 1".
