Come and have a memorable experience with the Maid Cafe!

Make new friends with our welcoming Maids and Butlers who are ready to make you feel especially warm and fuzzy through fun chatter, games, group performances, and more! Allow us to entertain you through our unique show during the weekend of Otakon (August 8-10, 2025). This year, come find us in Walter E. Washington Convention Center’s Room Salon C (by the large escalators)! 

Our hours of operation are: 
Friday August 8, 2025: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm ET
Saturday August 9, 2025: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm ET
Sunday August 10, 2025: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm ET

Maid Cafe passes for Otakon 2025 are on sale July 31st, 2025 through August 9th, 2025! Access them through the button link below.

Please remember, seating is limited and we will only allow in 90 lucky guests per show time. 

All passes come in 2 tiers this year so that our Goshujin-sama and Hime-sama can best enjoy their experience with us - $25 per attendee or you have an option to add an extra $10 (total $35) for one pastry & drink during the show. We should warn you though, very few walk-in seats will be available for sale during the convention. So don't wait, be sure to buy a pass now! 

Ticket holders, please arrive at least half an hour prior to your show start time. 15 minutes prior to show start, we will stop reserved seating and you will forfeit your ticket if you are not in line. Shows will start on the dot.

If you do not report in a timely manner (doors close after 5 minutes into each show), we cannot honor your ticket after your specific show as unfortunately many of our shows sell out so we hope you are able to make it in time to see us!

Friday and Saturday Regular Pass: $25

• Reserves a seat for you in the show of the date and time chosen.
• Includes one 2025 souvenir ticket
• Option: +$10 to provide one drink & one pastry

Lofi with Maids on Sunday: Free! No ticket needed

Come hang out at a quiet campsite deep in the woods, where soft lo-fi beats and mellow live tunes fill the night air. A few maids and butlers are around—playing games, tuning instruments, straightening blankets, or just enjoying the music with you. No rush, no noise—just stars overhead, a warm fire, and good vibes all around. 

Rules of the cafe:

• No outside photography or recording allowed during the show. Photo ops will be provided within the cafe at certain times during the show to allow minimum disruption to performances.
• Respect everyone. 
• Don't touch, harass, or stalk the performers. 
• Don't offer or request personal/contact info.
• No outside food. Closed drinks allowed.
