Because Otakon is staffed by an all-volunteer organization, most of our business is conducted at night and in our spare time. It may take up to a week to get a response, especially just before the convention when things are really busy.

For emergencies and information that can't be communicated by e-mail, the official Otakon phone number is: 610-577-6136. You'll probably reach voice mail, but our correspondence department will be back in touch with you as soon as possible.

NOTE: if your question pertains to any of the following items, please don't use this form.

• When will you announce pre-reg? dealer reg? artist alley reg? Gofer reg? etc.
  We will announce these things in early 2008. Keep an eye on the website. Asking us will not make it happen faster.
• What about guests?
  Guests are announced when they are confirmed in writing, and not until then. When they are confirmed, they will be listed on the Otakon website.
• I heard ____ was going to be a guest at Otakon.
  Generally speaking, we do not comment on guests until they're announced. Please see the FAQ for more information on guests.
