Because Otakon is staffed by an all-volunteer organization, most of our business is conducted at night and in our spare time.

It may take up to a week to get a response, especially just before the convention when things are really busy. Also please remember to look in your spam folder or even white list emails from otakon.org and otakon.com especially if you use Yahoo, AOL or Hotmail for your e-mail service.

For emergencies and information that can't be communicated by e-mail, the official Otakon phone number is: 610-577-6136. You'll probably reach voice mail, but our correspondence department will be back in touch with you as soon as possible.

• When will you announce pre-reg? dealer reg? artist alley reg? Gofer reg? etc.
  We will announce these things in January 2010. Keep an eye on the website. Asking us will not make it happen faster.
• What about guests?
  Guests are announced when they are confirmed in writing, and not until then. When they are confirmed, they will be listed on the Otakon website.
• I heard ____ was going to be a guest at Otakon.
  Generally speaking, we do not comment on guests until they're announced. Please see the FAQ for more information on guests.
